These Terms of Service govern the use of KaiwuERP, which is operated by SKYCOLORFULLIFE ONLINE STORE in the Philippines.
1. Service
KaiwuERP provides business management functions that may include account management, customer and supplier records, sales, purchasing, inventory, financial records, warehouse operations, messaging integrations, live-commerce workflows, and related features.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and use KaiwuERP only with the authority of the relevant business. Account administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
3. Business data
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they enter, upload, import, or connect to KaiwuERP. Users must have the necessary authority to process customer, employee, supplier, transaction, communication, and other business data.
4. Third-party services
KaiwuERP may connect to third-party services such as Meta, hosting, storage, messaging, or optional AI providers. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, limits, and availability. KaiwuERP does not control third-party platforms.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not use KaiwuERP for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful content, security interference, infringement of third-party rights, or processing data without an appropriate legal or business basis.
6. Availability and changes
Features may be maintained, updated, improved, restricted, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, compatibility, or service operation. Temporary interruptions may occur.
7. Privacy
Personal and business information is handled as described in the KaiwuERP Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary to protect users, business data, third-party services, or system security, or when these Terms are materially violated.
9. Disclaimer
KaiwuERP is provided for business operations and record management. Users remain responsible for reviewing business, accounting, tax, employment, and legal decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
